Charlotte Barker (b. 1994) attended Charmbridge Academy from 2005 to 2012, and was a member of the Junior Regimental Officer Corps.
She helped Alexandra Quick prepare her formal JROC dress uniform for Charmbridge Academy's Thanksgiving feast in 2008.
In the Fall of 2009, she and Mage-Sergeant Keedle protected William Killmond from harassment by Theo Panos. She was also among the students outraged when Adela Iturbide called Quick a "mudblood," a "savage," and a "half-breed."
In September 2010, she welcomed Quick back to the JROC, asking if the ninth-grader was alright after having been attacked by a murder of ensorcelled crows on the Invisible Bridge.
