Dale is a police officer with the Larkin Mills Police Department, and a coworker of Archie Green.
In December of 2010, he was the officer on scene when Bonnie Seabury got hit by a car.
Whether he is the same officer as Archie's co-worker Sgt. Ridenour is currently unknown.
