Declaration of Territorial Autonomy

The Declaration of Territorial Autonomy was an historical document in wizarding America. Little is currently known of it, though it may have been an announcement of independence for the New World territories that would come to comprise modern wizarding America from their European progenitors, in a fashion similar to the Muggle Declaration of Independence. Knowledge of it is tested in the Wizarding History section of the placement S.P.A.W.N. exam.
