Laurel "Glinda" Clotho Parker is the proprietor of Glinda's Good Witch Apparel, a wizarding clothier opened in New Roanoke in the late-1970's. She is Muggle-born, and named her store after the character of Glinda the Good Witch from the Oz series by L. Frank Baum "in a moment of wry irony."

She helped Alexandra Quick pick out her formal Cotillion robes in the Spring of 2009 for the New Roanoke Spring Cotillion, and attended the Cotillion herself in the company of Henry Bolling.

In November 2009, she helped Julia King pick out a dress for the Salem-Plymouth Yule Ball.
